Returns & Refunds
We do not accept return/ refund due to change of mind or little one do not like it anymore.. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the products before you placed your order.

Refund for item out of stocks and cancelled order before we shipped out the parcel is available. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please WHATSAPP us: +65-9129-3582 within 7 days after receiving your item for any issues.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. . 

 

Exchanges
